Private Yoga Tuition (London, UK)
Book one or a block of sessions with me at your home or in a nearby studio space to learn yoga in a more personalised manner – your time, your pace, and your needs.

Group Private Yoga Lessons (London, UK)
Get a friend or a few on board to make yoga part of your everyday life. This is a fantastic way to get started with a yoga practice in a fun, interactive and supportive environment.

Healthy Living Kick-start (Anywhere over Skype)
A 50-minute session with me where you get to tell all about your ‘health history,’ discuss your key health concerns and together we’ll define three major health goals and a health strategy for you to create a happier and healthier life.

Health Coaching Programme (Anywhere over Skype)
This is the real deal. When you are committed to turning your health around and becoming your own health guru, this is the path to take. Programmes are at least 6-months in length (because it takes 6 months to change habits and create new, long-lasting ones) and tailored 100% to you and your needs.

When I was training to be a health coach, I thought I already knew it all, but I went through a health coaching programme myself and couldn’t believe how helpful it was to have someone to talk to regularly to discuss new discoveries about my health and support me in making dietary and lifestyle changes. It had a profound effect on my progress. Six months flew by and I ended up signing up for more!

A health coaching programme includes…

  • Healthy Living Kick-start session (see above)
  • Two 50-minute sessions via Skype per month (in some circumstances phone/in person)
  • E-mail support between sessions
  • Healthy meal advice and recipes that are simple to prepare
  • Simple but informative handouts that will increase your nutrition knowledge
  • Tools for stress management and personal development
  • Potential yoga and meditation lessons where appropriate/possible
  • Access to my monthly newsletter with health tips, recipes and inspiration
  • Invitations to any courses, workshops or talks I may lead during the programme
  • A fun welcome kit including my favorite goodies and books
  • My personal commitment to your health and success

Corporate Health Days
If your company has a wellness event or goal, I would love to be of help in establishing the health needs of your staff and defining a strategy to help everyone create a healthy and productive work ethic. I can teach a yoga class or conduct individual health consultations onsite or give a talk on a key theme in health and wellness. Email me to see how we can work together.

Healthy Kitchen Makeover
This can be a stand-alone event or part of a longer Health Coaching Programme. I will come to your home and help create a strategy/lay-out for a healthier kitchen. We’ll focus mostly on what’s in your pantry but also look at what items you have or may need to assist you with easy, simple, clean and nourishing cooking.

Assisted Food Shop
Health food stores can be like maze when we first experience them. And there is such a thing as healthy junk food. It can be overwhelming, but I’ll walk you around and help you navigate the aisles so you can make sure whatever you put in your basket will make its way into your tummy and keep you feeling great.

Health Talks
I’m a big talker. I have a lot to say. And I love helping others. I’d be happy to speak about yoga, stress management or healthy living at an event you are hosting. Please get in touch.
